Delivery, Returns & Refund

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are shipped through a reputed private courier company. Once placed, the orders will be shipped within 2 working days and will get delivered within 8 working days depending on the respective areas.

We ship on all working days (Monday-Saturday). Shipping is not done on Sundays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 We do not accept cancellation of orders.

 

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 We accept returns only if products delivered to you are, damaged during transit, or wrong (completely different colour/different product/different size than mentioned).

 If you receive damaged products, it should be brought to our notice within 24 hours of delivery. Only if brought to notice within 24 hours, we shall accept the return and process the refund.

 Refund will be credited to you only after the products are sent back to us (within a 7-8 days' time). The process of refund will be done within 6 working days, after receiving the product.

If, during the transit, the damages are minor i.e. fallen stone/beads, the return of the product/s shall not be accepted since they could be fixed easily.
